ok, this is desperate, even by SF standards. Parked on castro street near clipper(street sweeping Thursdays 9-11am) on a Tueday. Came back Thursday morning at 8:45 to move car, and was ticketed. why? They moved street cleaning time up 3hrs( 6am to 8am) with no notice. is this legal? Ethical?sofia braslavskaja (2013-Jun-26 21:45:09)
As we were notified, right now street cleaning in San Francisco only once a month.
Then, on each sign it should be not only day of week, but week of month too.
Is it true?
Sofia, you are correct. If the street cleaning happens only, say, on second Tusday of the month, the street sign and the info box on this website will have "2nd Tuesday 9AM to 6PM" or something similar. If there is no mentioning of which week of the month it is, then it means that the street cleaning happens every week at this address.William Simmons (2013-Aug-14 07:16:00)

if street cleaning is on the 1st and 3rd thursday of each month, it will NOT occur on the fifth thursday of the month, correct? for example: there will be no street sweeping tomorrow Thursday, 29th if it says first and third thursday, right?Developer (2013-Sep-3 06:24:19)
