Ryan, before setting an alarm you have to give the app PRECISE address. The reason is - there are four different corners of 33rd ave and Cabrillo. Different sides of the street have different cleaning times. Please drag the marker in the app to the exact corner you parked at, and then procede to set an alarm. Thank you for using!glen (2012-Jun-22 00:05:17)
the ticket pictured is not accurate. even as a demo, it should the correct fine which is 55 dollars.Developer (2012-Jun-26 02:12:32)
Good point, glen. In fact, why dont we remove the ticket from the pages altogether? Why constantly remind people of a bad thing?marc (2012-Jul-10 02:54:09)
This is pretty sweet. Mind telling me where you get your data from? (url please!)Hooman (2012-Jul-20 06:45:27)
This is a really cool idea, are you open to discussing potential business ideas with another SF startup and growing this brand and idea?
to Developer - I think the frustrated poster "anonymous (2012-Jun-6 19:15:54)" might have made the same mistake I did -- I'm so used to X'ing out ads and nag balloons on webpages that I did that unconsciously to the balloon that says "Drag me to check for street cleaning" -- before reading it... and hence I didn't get anywhere.
After nixing the reminder, I did try clicking on the red pointer several times. Maybe you could make this change: if someone clicks on the red pointer, the reminder balloon should always reappear.
Yeah, sounds like a good idea. Thanks dgrrPhil McCrackenn (2012-Aug-14 23:12:20)
How do I configure alarms? Does the app just figure out my # and text me automatically based on location? Can't find any options to configure. Thanks for the great app.Developer (2012-Aug-16 05:41:34)
Currently the free version of the app does not have the alarms configured. Try thise one, this should work: http://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sanfranciscostreetcle aning.proGary Mootz (2012-Oct-13 05:17:10)
How wide is a street sweeping truck? Will street sweepers go to the curb on th south side Of Fell Street between Scott and Broadrick when the Bike lane is moved to the curb and concrete features separate it from traffic?
